Product Description
Ringlock Scaffolding
Ringlock Scaffolding is a modern and versatile scaffolding system, widely used in construction projects, bridge construction, stage setup, and various temporary structures that require high load-bearing capacity and flexible layout. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with internationally advanced ringlock connection technology, featuring a stable structure, quick installation, safety and reliability, among other characteristics.
Component parts
Ringlock scaffolding system consists of vertical standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, steel planks, jacks, ladders, and various safety accessories. The vertical standards serve as the main load-bearing members, with rosette connection points welded at regular intervals for attaching ledgers and braces. Ledgers are arranged horizontally and connected to the rosettes on the standards via wedge-shaped ends, forming a stable framework. Diagonal braces are installed at an angle to enhance the overall rigidity and stability of the structure. Steel planks provide a working platform for construction personnel and are usually equipped with hooks to secure them onto the ledgers. Jacks, including base jacks and U-head jacks, are used for height adjustment, leveling, and supporting formwork. Ladders allow workers to move up and down the scaffolding safely. Safety accessories include guardrails, toe boards, and wall ties, which respectively prevent falls, stop objects from falling, and secure the scaffolding to the building, ensuring construction safety and structural stability.

Production process
Ringlock scaffolding involves raw material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging. Q345B or Q235B steel is cut and formed into components, welded precisely, then hot-dip galvanized or coated for corrosion protection. After quality checks on dimensions, welds, and load capacity, the parts are bundled and packaged for shipment, ensuring stable quality and reliable performance.
